We only hold details of members’ names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers where known, together with details of subscriptions. Details of cars you own can be given on joining. We will not give these details to anyone else.
We hold all information securely. Information held is used solely for the purposes of the Club in keeping you informed about activities and in maintain your membership. We may contact you by post or email
We will not share information beyond this without your agreement. In the event of non-renewal your details will be removed from our records after one year.
